Colan has been supplying fiberglass and other composite fabrics in to the marine industry since GRP Boat building began in the 1950’s.
For decades our Woven Roving fabrics were the standard for boat building. In the 1990’s we pioneered the introduction of multiaxial fabrics to the Australian market. These fabrics offer a superior directional strength and a smooth non crimp finish and became the preferred fabric for manufacture.
We offer an extensive range of specially design fabrics for use in marine construction. We have worked with our customers to improve the performance of their laminates and the efficiency of their production.
