Woven unidirectional tapes consist of a plain weave construction with at least 90% of the fibre weight in the warp. This is used to add tensile strength in one specific direction.

This Innegra UD tape is designed and made for surf boards to create a dampening effect from nose to tail or via parabolic reinforcement. It can also be used to protect specific areas of the board by increasing impact strength around the rails and tail.
